As requested, here are some pics of my office. You'll notice the dark sheet over the window. I put it up one afternoon because the sunlight was killing my eyes. I've yet to get to the store to get an actual curtain yet -- here 6 months later.

My shadow at all times -- Bailey. He's a Great Pyrenees, but he's only 6 months old in this picture and his coat was (is, actually, as they don't get a full coat until around 2 years of age) is still growing in.
Heh... here's a more recent 2 pics of the boy...they're big, but pretty good considering they came off my phone. Notice the hair he's shedding on my carpet!
He tries to wedge himself into the smallest of places to sleep. He's well over 100 pounds and is around 6' when standing on his hind feet. Lots of places are tight where he's concerned, lol!
